“It is Pride Month after all…” has been the running joke all month, in regarding to we’ll call ‘silly’ situations. We’ve all had so much fun with this one. Thank you Pride Month! These aren’t all “Pride” memes. But we do have to give the month a good sending off… oh wait, they’ve just (no joke) declared the entire summer of 2023 as the “Summer of Pride”. They literally dont want the new best joke stream for all daily occasions to run dry.

Okay this one occurred to me, as the first time I watched that film as a child in the 80’s, the friend I watched it with laughed that “it looks like a banana” as he drug her across the trail and…
Yup. We kids in the 80’s “all” got a hold of films like Friday the 13th. And they probably fucked us up. And yet, compared to today, in this very page, I’ve realized one of the greatest ironies: Even though it was all “just” slasher er smasher killing of young adults, it wasn’t. We’d grow up to see the first Scream film. Which laid out this bizarre “Rules of Horror Films” reality, if you have teen sex you get chopped up etc.
Surely the most cynically crass trend ever in cinema history, yet oddly there was an wholesomeness to it that is lost on all of mass communications it seems these days. In nationwide classrooms they be teaching kindergartners about masturbation and even anal sex, etc, without even consenting parents. To degrees of if teachers refuse they get fired, and parents find out and stand up against it they might actually lose their kids (to the foster care system which has about the worst rate of anything anywhere of child molestation).
